PDP Schedules NEC Meeting for May 4, 2026

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has announced that it will hold its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting on May 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. This meeting will take place as part of the party's ongoing efforts to strengthen unity and prepare for the upcoming 2027 general elections.

The NEC meeting will involve two-thirds of the major NEC members, in accordance with the party's constitution. Attendees are expected to include state governors, elected members on the PDP platform, national assembly caucus members, board trustees, state party chairmen, national ex-officio members, and former members of the national working committee, as well as past governors and other key stakeholders.
