Peller's N400m Mansion Sparks Land Dispute in Abuja

A N400 million mansion reportedly gifted to popular Nigerian content creator Habeeb Hamzat, known as Peller, and his partner Jarvis has raised concerns due to allegations that it is situated on disputed land in Abuja. The mansion was presented to the couple by real estate entrepreneur King Ochacha.

Documents indicate that the property may be located within an area claimed by Urban Paradise Estate and Yakoson Ventures, which is currently involved in a legal dispute over the land. The ownership controversy is pending before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Apo, Abuja, in Suit No.

CV/116/2026. Urban Paradise Estate has accused Paul-B Homes Limited of encroaching on its property and continuing construction despite court proceedings.

The estate owners have appealed to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and FCT Minister Nyesom Wike to intervene and ensure compliance with the court's pending judgment, urging caution among potential investors in the area.
