ADC's Fabiyi Critiques Peter Obi's Leadership Qualities

Oladimeji Fabiyi, serving as the Deputy Financial Secretary of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), publicly criticized Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP). In an interview with Channels Television on Tuesday, Fabiyi stated that Obi is not a leader who wants to fight for the people.

He expressed happiness regarding Obi's decision to defect from the opposition coalition, which includes significant political figures. Additionally, Abuja Coordinator of the Obi-Kwankwaso Movement, Yaro, provided insights into the reasons behind Obi's exit, linking it to internal crises within the ADC and alleging external interference in political strategies ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Yaro mentioned that the opposition parties in Nigeria are facing serious challenges due to alleged power forces behind the crises affecting the ADC and other parties.
