Peter Obi Still In Labour Party – Tanko Yunusa

During the Sunday Ibadan Oyo State Obedient Conference themed "Going Forward 2027: A New Nigeria is Possible," Tanko Yunusa confirmed that Peter Obi is still a member of the Labour Party. Yunusa mentioned that Obi's political base has shifted and revealed that Obi intends to run in the 2027 general election if elected to serve a single term.

The goal of this single term would be to set Nigeria on a path of progress. The event, held at the Empowerment Centre on Ring Road, attracted party members, grassroots organizers, and political analysts from across Oyo State.

Obi's potential candidacy has generated interest and support within the party and among political stakeholders.
