3SC Legends to be Honored by Pillar of Sports Foundation

The management of Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) has approved a proposal from the Pillar of Sports Youth Development Foundation to establish a recognition program for the club's legends during selected Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) home matches. This initiative, led by Mr.

Temitope Ademola Obideyi, aims to honor retired players who represented the club from 1980 to 1990. Each honored player will receive a customized Shooting Stars home jersey, a cash award of ₦50,000, and a special appreciation gift during halftime at selected fixtures.

Hon. Taiwo Lekan Salami, the Executive Chairman of 3SC, endorsed the program, describing it as a thoughtful gesture to acknowledge the contributions of past players who elevated the club's status.

The initiative reflects a commitment to preserving football history and inspiring future generations by celebrating the dedication and achievements of the club's icons.
