Pregnant Woman Gives Birth in Captivity After Husband's Killing in Plateau Abduction

In Kyaram community, Garga District, Kanam Local Government Area, Plateau State, a pregnant woman was abducted by gunmen along with her daughter. She gave birth in captivity after the gunmen killed her husband, Umar Rufa.

The Kanam Development Association condemned the heinous act and expressed condolences to the bereaved family. Despite frequent reports of banditry and kidnappings in the area, security agencies have been unable to curb the rising cases.
