Plateau State Recovers 60 Properties from Looters

The Plateau State Government has successfully recovered 60 properties, including buildings, construction equipment, and vehicles, from looters. This recovery is part of an ongoing initiative led by a task force chaired by General Nash Yakubu, who presented an interim report detailing the progress made.

The task force has been operational for a year and has made significant strides in reclaiming government properties that were allegedly diverted or illegally occupied across the state. The recovered items include various assets from local government headquarters and the Jos metropolis.

The task force has encouraged public participation in identifying government assets through dedicated communication channels. Chief of Staff Jerri Satmak commended the task force for its diligence and assured continued support from the Plateau State Government to ensure the successful execution of its mandate.

The report also included contributions from various officials, including Hon. Joshua Ubandoma Laven and Hon.
