PodFest Naija 2026 Celebrates Storytelling in Lagos

PodFest Naija 2026 took place on September 25, uniting more than 3,000 attendees, including over 50 storytellers, creators, podcasters, brands, policymakers, and everyday Nigerians. The festival, curated by The Muvmnt Studio of AT3 Resources – The Muvmnt Agency, in partnership with Eventful Nigeria, featured six themed stages: Life, Love, Culture, Money, Health, and Brands.

A notable addition was the Citizen Stage, which highlighted everyday experiences of Nigerians. Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, Deputy Governor of Lagos State, delivered a keynote address discussing the economic significance of Nigeria’s creative sector and technology's role in cultural production.

He emphasized that Lagos is now telling its own story, with local content reaching global audiences. Tosin Adefeko, Convener of PodFest Naija and CEO of AT3 Resources, stated that the festival aimed to connect creators and everyday people to share their lived experiences.
