Delta Police Arrest Three Female Drug Traffickers in Warri

On May 7, 2026, the Delta State Police Command conducted a covert operation in the Ogbomoro Ugolo community of Warri, leading to the arrest of three female suspects: Favour Isaac (25), Favour Felix (24), and Samson Precious (19). The operation was based on intelligence regarding the suspects' involvement in drug trafficking activities.

During the execution of a search warrant at their hideout along River Road, police recovered 640 grams of a substance believed to be Canadian loud, 21 bottles of codeine, two canisters of nitrous oxide (commonly known as laughing gas), and two packs of a psychoactive chewing gum brand called High Gum. Preliminary investigations indicated that Rukew Tega Isaac is allegedly a major supplier behind the drug network.

The police, led by spokesperson Bright Edaf, stated that efforts are ongoing to apprehend other fleeing members of the syndicate.
