Delta Police Commissioner Inspects Security Flashpoints

On a recent Saturday, Delta State Police Commissioner Yemi Oyeniyi conducted an inspection tour of identified critical flashpoints in Delta State, which included Edjekota Junction, Evwreni Junction, and Ohoro Junction. The purpose of the tour was to assess security deployments and ensure that officers are visible and engaged with the public.

Commissioner Oyeniyi charged officers to remain vigilant, observe professionalism, and engage with community members courteously and respectfully. He warned against any form of abuse or harassment and stressed the importance of carrying out their duties with a human face while adhering strictly to human rights standards.

Oyeniyi directed officers to maintain a smart appearance and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects the core values of the Nigeria Police Force. He commended the efforts of officers on duty but reminded them that the command would not tolerate any form of misconduct and reassured residents of the command's commitment to ensuring their safety and property.
