Benue Police Decorate 456 Promoted Officers in Makurdi

On a recent date, the Benue State Police Command held a decoration ceremony for 456 officers who were promoted as part of a nationwide exercise approved by the Police Service Commission. The event took place at the command headquarters in Makurdi and was attended by top-ranking officers, family members, and well-wishers, marking a significant moment in the careers of the beneficiaries.

Inspector General of Police Kayode Egbetokun addressed the newly promoted officers, urging them to recognize their elevation as a call for greater responsibility and to uphold higher standards of conduct.
