Female Activist Charged with Cyberbullying Governor Abiodun, Arrests Made

The Nigerian Police have filed charges against a female activist for cyberbullying and spreading false accusations against Governor Dapo Abiodun. The activist, Adetoun Onajobi, allegedly published abusive content on social media targeting the governor.

Despite being summoned for questioning, she failed to appear, claiming medical reasons with falsified documents. The police investigation revealed the deception, leading to the arrest of a doctor involved in crafting the false medical report.

Adetoun remains evasive, with her current whereabouts unknown, as legal actions continue in the Ogun State Magistrate Court.
