Nigerian Police Set Conditions for Reopening Sealed PDP Secretariat in Abuja

The Nigerian Police have stated that the sealed PDP National Secretariat in Abuja will remain closed until internal peace is restored within the party. The closure followed violent clashes between rival factions within the PDP.

The Police Commissioner emphasized the need for a genuine truce to prevent renewed violence before reopening the secretariat. Two rival factions led by Taminu Turaki and Abdulrahaman Moham are involved in the crisis.

The Police are awaiting resolution of internal disputes before taking further action.
