Police Recover Kidnap Victim's Body, Arrest Suspect in Rivers State

In Rivers State, police arrested a 26-year-old man, Goodnews Iberi, for the kidnapping and killing of 25-year-old Rita Special Eleonu. The victim's decomposed remains were found in a forest, and Iberi confessed to the crime, implicating four accomplices who are currently at large.

The suspect was apprehended in Emohua Local Government Area following a distress report. The police are conducting further investigations to capture the remaining syndicate members.
