Bayelsa Governor Douye Diri Marks 29th Anniversary with Power Supply Milestone

Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, celebrated the 29th anniversary of the state by highlighting the milestone achievement of procuring a gas turbine for improved power supply. Governor Diri emphasized that the installation of the turbine would not only ensure a stable power supply but also create jobs and boost economic growth in the state.

He also mentioned ongoing projects like the state secretariat complex and a stadium aimed at youth development and showcasing Bayelsa. The governor expressed optimism for a brighter future for both Nigeria and Bayelsa, congratulating Nigerians on the country's 65th Independence Day.
