Presco Plc Announces ₦10.00 Interim Dividend for H1 2026

Presco Plc has announced an interim dividend of ₦10.00 for every share of 50 kobo held, covering the period ended June 30, 2026. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval. No bonus issue was declared alongside the dividend.

Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, August 14, 2026 — the qualification date — will be eligible for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, August 17, 2026 to August 21, 2026, both dates inclusive.

Payment is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated First Registrars & Investor Services to pay directly into their bank accounts. Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from the NIBSS portal or the registrar's website.
