Pro-Democracy Group Praises INEC and Tinubu for FCT Elections

A pro-democracy group has commended the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the peaceful and credible elections held in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The group, which includes men, women, and youth from diverse backgrounds across Nigeria's 36 states and the FCT, expressed its capability to resist any attempts to undermine democracy.

In a statement coordinated by Godwin O. Agama, the group reaffirmed its commitment to supporting President Tinubu's initiatives, citing the positive impact of his work thus far.

The statement praised Tinubu for upholding democracy in Nigeria and acknowledged the progress of the All Progressives Congress (APC) during ongoing ward congresses across the 36 states. The group urged Nigerians to support Tinubu's "Renewed Hope" agenda, expressing confidence in his ability to transform Nigeria's economy and position the nation as a respected global player.
