MAAUN Donates Vehicle to Northwest University Kano

Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, founder of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), donated a Toyota Hilux vehicle to Northwest University Kano (NWU) as part of a commitment made during a recent courtesy visit.

The handover took place at the office of the Vice Chancellor of NWU, Prof. Amina Salihi Bayero, and was attended by MAAUN President Prof.

Dr. Mohammad Israr, Vice President Administration Dr.

Habib Awai Abubakar, and Senate member Dr. Nura Yaro Hayatuddeen.

This gesture aims to strengthen collaboration between MAAUN and NWU, enhancing administrative efficiency. Prof.

Bayero expressed gratitude for the donation, describing it as a demonstration of generosity and dedication to educational development. Additionally, Prof.

Gwarzo pledged to support NWU in accessing international grant opportunities to advance research and teaching initiatives. The registrar of NWU mentioned that this visit opens new opportunities for collaboration, including the potential establishment of a joint academic research center.
