Qatar Sets Visa Conditions for 47 Countries' Citizens

Qatar's Ministry of Interior has published the conditions that citizens of 47 countries must meet to qualify for a free tourist visa that permits multiple entries into the country. Eligible travelers can enter and stay in Qatar for up to 30 days, with the possibility of extending their stay for an additional 30 days.

The visa is issued at no cost and allows holders to enter and exit Qatar during its validity period. To qualify for this visa, applicants must possess a passport that is valid for at least six months and must carry a confirmed return or onward travel ticket.

The visa will be stamped directly in the passport, which will also include an entry stamp, the arrival date, and the expiry of the permitted stay. Travelers from countries not included in this list are advised to check for other applicable visa categories before making travel arrangements.
