APC Chieftain Donates Food and Cash in Sokoto for Ramadan

Malami Usman Basakkwac, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, has made a significant donation of food items and cash to youths and women in Sokoto as part of efforts to complement the state governor's Ramadan feeding program aimed at assisting vulnerable members of society during the ongoing fast. This gesture was in response to Senator Aliyu Wamakko's advice to provide support to less privileged individuals.

Basakkwac emphasized the importance of giving back to the community, stating that they should share whatever resources they have been blessed with. The donation was distributed across 11 political wards in the Sokoto North Local Government area.

Basakkwac commended the state governor, Dr. Ahmadu Aliyu, for his transformative agenda, particularly in areas such as security, infrastructure, education, and economic empowerment, which are guided by the governor's nine-point smart innovation agenda.
