FG Clarifies Dress Code for CDCFIB Medical Screening

The Federal Government has issued a clarification regarding the dress code for candidates participating in the medical screening exercise for the Civil Defence Corps (CDCFIB). This exercise is set to commence on June 22, 2026.

According to a public notice released by Mr. Okeh Juliet, the head of the press board, applicants are not required to wear any specific dress code but should appear in decent and appropriate clothing.

The notice emphasizes that there is no approved dress code for the exercise, which involves candidates seeking employment in the Nigeria Correctional Service, Nigeria Immigration Service, Federal Fire Service, and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps. Furthermore, candidates are instructed not to bring credentials to the screening center, as the exercise will not involve document verification.

The verification window for shortlisted applicants is from June 15 to June 20, 2026, with candidates advised to obtain information through official communication channels.
