Red Star Express Plc has filed resolutions passed at its 33rd Annual General Meeting held virtually on September 17, 2026. The filing covers dividend approval, director elections, auditor arrangements, and a related-party transaction mandate.

Red Star Express Plc (REDSTAREX) disclosed seven resolutions approved at its 33rd Annual General Meeting, held virtually on Thursday, September 17, 2026. Shareholders approved audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, alongside a cash dividend of 45 kobo per share.

Two Non-Executive Directors — Mr. Peter Surulere Aletor and Mr. Chukwuemeka Ndu — were re-elected to the board. Directors were also authorised to fix the remuneration of the company's external auditors, KPMG.

Three shareholders' representatives were elected onto the Statutory Audit Committee: Mr. Folorunso Olajide, Mr. Kolawole Ganiyu Amoo, and Mrs. Adetunji Bukola Rebecca. The board's representatives on that committee are Mr. Sulaiman Koguna and Mr. Chukwuemeka Ndu.

Non-Executive Directors' remuneration for the financial year ending March 31, 2027 was fixed at ₦11,000,000. Shareholders also approved a general mandate permitting the company to engage in recurrent related-party transactions — including procurement of goods and services — on normal commercial terms, valid until the next AGM. The filing was signed by Company Secretary Frances Ndidi Akpomuka.
