Prof. Tunji Olaopa Urges Universities to Rediscover Essence for National Development

Prof. Tunji Olaopa, Chairman of the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC), delivered a lecture at the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) in Ogun State, Nigeria.
