Shehu, who recently rejected an alliance with the ADC in Basawa Zaria Kewaye constituency, emphasized the need for opposition parties to strategize carefully for future elections. He pointed out that the PDP, SDP, LP, and ADC should not depend on El-Rufai's support to boost their chances, citing the APC's dominance in the Basawa constituency with 811 votes compared to PDP's 146 and SDP's zero.
