Agbese Resigns from APC, Joins Labour Party in Benue

Agbese, who currently serves as the Deputy Spokesman of the House of Representatives, has officially announced his resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to join the Labour Party. This announcement was made via a statement on his official Facebook page on Tuesday.

In his statement, Agbese explained that his decision to defect was motivated by a higher call to serve his constituency with greater commitment. He acknowledged that the Labour Party has already welcomed him and expressed his admiration for the party's leadership.

Agbese also pledged to contribute to the growth of the Labour Party and recognized the challenges ahead in building the party's future electoral success in Benue State. His move is significant as he is one of the highest political office holders to join the Labour Party in the state.
