Rising Litigation Costs Impact Access to Justice in Nigeria

The rising cost of litigation in Nigeria, driven by increasing legal fees and court-related expenses, is causing concern regarding access to justice, especially in election-related disputes. Mr. Samuel Ogala from Falana & Falana’s Chambers attributes this rise to the broader economic realities in Nigeria, stating that the cost of living affects legal costs.
