RMAFC Secretary Commits to Professionalism and Digitalisation

On August 9, 2026, Comrade Tosin Adeyanju, the Secretary to the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), committed to strengthening discipline, professionalism, accountability, and staff development to enhance the Commission's effectiveness. This pledge was made during a familiarisation and interactive meeting with staff at the M.

B. Shehu Auditorium, RMAFC Headquarters, Abuja.

The meeting, convened by Mr Ahmed Rufai Gidado, the Director of the Federal Allocation Department and Overseeing Director of the Administration and Human Resource Department, allowed Adeyanju to engage with staff and address their concerns. He stressed the importance of competence, integrity, and commitment to national service, urging employees to conduct themselves professionally.

Adeyanju also announced advancements in the Commission's digitalisation programme to improve efficiency and reduce delays. He called for prudent resource management and assured staff that legitimate concerns would be addressed through appropriate channels.

He acknowledged the leadership of Dr Mohammed Bello Shehu, OFR, and encouraged staff support for the Commission's mandate.
