Saraki Lauds Suphi's ICT Centre for Bauchi Youths

On Sunday, former Senate President Dr. Bukola Saraki praised Alhaji Usman Adamu Ahmed Suphi, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Bauchi State, for inaugurating a 500-seater Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre in Azare, Katagum Local Government Area.

Saraki, represented by former PDP National Chairman Abubakar Baraje, stated that the centre would provide essential skills for youths to compete in the global economy, emphasizing its role in education, digital literacy, and youth empowerment. He urged beneficiaries to protect the facility and maximize its opportunities.

Suphi described the centre as a “symbol of hope” that would accommodate 500 users, each with a laptop and necessary accessories for computer-based testing. He highlighted the centre's potential to prepare youths for digital technology, professional certifications, and entrepreneurship.

Suphi also indicated that the Assufiyya Humanitarian Foundation would continue to support education, healthcare, and youth development initiatives.
