Schneider Electric's Unit Expands in Nigeria's Tech Market

Lauritz Knudsen Electrical & Automation, a business unit of Schneider Electric, is intensifying its efforts to penetrate Nigeria's industrial technology market as the country invests in industrialization and infrastructure. Recently, the company organized an event in Lagos, gathering distributors, electrical contractors, consultants, and system integrators to showcase electrical distribution and automation technologies.

The event aimed to foster collaboration and address the increasing demand for smarter electrical systems across various sectors, including manufacturing and healthcare. Dallal Slimani, Head of Strategy, Business Development, Pricing and LK Middle East and Africa at Lauritz Knudsen, emphasized the importance of partnerships and technical expertise in meeting the region's electrification and digital infrastructure needs.

Valentine Mbachu, Business Development Manager for West Africa, noted that Nigeria's industrial expansion necessitates electrical systems that enhance safety, efficiency, and reliability. The event included technical sessions and product demonstrations tailored to evolving operational requirements and regulatory standards.
