SDP's Sahe Oladel Confident of Winning Oyo Governorship

Mr. Sahe Oladel, the governorship candidate for the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Oyo State, expressed confidence in the party's ability to secure victory in the 2027 gubernatorial election.

In an interview, he emphasized the importance of financial support from the electorate, stating that voters should contribute, regardless of the amount, to support credible leadership. Oladel criticized politicians who embezzle public funds and manipulate political processes, asserting that true power comes from the people, not stolen money.

He highlighted the SDP's commitment to addressing issues such as education, healthcare, and job creation, which he believes should be prioritized. Oladel noted that the recent shift of members from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to the SDP surprised many, but he remains confident in the party's strength to produce the next governor of Oyo State.
