Security Forces Arrest Kidnap Kingpin in Edo State

Security operatives arrested Christian Okoduwa, a suspected kidnap kingpin, in Edo State. The arrest occurred in Uromi, located in the Esan North-East Local Government Area.

Following investigations that revealed Okoduwa's alleged involvement in a chain of kidnapping activities, authorities demolished his residence on Thursday Street off Amedokhian Road. Barrister John Izegegb, who spoke during the operation, indicated that Okoduwa was believed to be coordinating criminal operations that extended into neighboring states.

The investigation led to several arrests, with Okoduwa's name frequently mentioned in connection to these crimes. The demolition of the property was part of a broader government policy aimed at eradicating properties linked to criminal activities.
