Senator Abaribe Suspended from APGA for Alleged Party Constitution Breach

Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe remains suspended from APGA, as confirmed by Augustine Ehiemere, the National Vice Chairman of APGA in the South East. Abaribe, representing Abia South, was suspended for allegedly breaching the party's constitution by also leading the African Democratic Party (ADC) in the state.

The suspension came after Abaribe failed to respond to allegations and an ultimatum given by the party. The State Working Committee invited him to clarify the situation but took action when he did not respond.

Abaribe's next political move, possibly to the Peoples Democratic Party, remains uncertain as he quipped a response to the suspension.
