Nigerian Senate Urges Repair of Vital Anyigba–Dekina–Shintaku Road in Kogi State

The road, a critical federal link connecting communities in Kogi East Senatorial District, has been described as essential for transportation and economic activities.

The Senate's resolution, sponsored by Senator Isah Jibrin, highlights the deteriorating condition of the road and the need for urgent reconstruction to boost local commerce and create jobs. The motion also suggests leveraging special funds like Sukuk bonds for successful financing of strategic road projects nationwide.
