Lado Danmark Wins PDP Governorship Ticket in Katsina

Senator Lado Danmark has emerged as the governorship candidate for the People's Democratic Party (PDP) in Katsina State after securing 77,013 votes in the party's primary election. The results were announced by Barrister Nuruddeen Moham Sani Kankara, the chairman of the governorship primary election committee.

Nura Amadi Kurfi, the state PDP chairman, remarked on Lado's experience as a politician and his capacity to provide purposeful leadership. Lado expressed gratitude to the party leadership and stakeholders for their confidence in him, pledging to justify their trust by promoting inclusive leadership and people-oriented policies.

He emphasized his commitment to serving the people of Katsina State diligently. Lado previously served as a senator representing Katsina South from 2007 to 2011.
