Seplat Energy Plc has filed a Board Meeting notice with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, disclosing that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, 28th October 2026 at 10:00am. The primary agenda item is the review and discussion of the company's Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Results, alongside other unspecified agenda items.

In connection with this upcoming results announcement, Seplat Energy has declared the commencement of a closed period effective Tuesday, 29th September 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 Unaudited Financial Results are officially released to the public.
