SERVICOM and TETFUND Commit to Service Excellence

On June 23, 2026, SERVICOM and the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) held a retreat in Abuja aimed at reaffirming their commitment to service excellence within Nigeria's tertiary education sector. The retreat, themed "Fostering a Culture of Service Excellence," provided a platform for members to reflect on strategies to enhance service delivery and institutional performance.

Helen Lawal, the Acting National Coordinator of SERVICOM, commended TETFUND's management for their dedication to service excellence and emphasized the need for public institutions to reassess their processes to meet evolving expectations. She highlighted that SERVICOM is a critical instrument for public service reform, advocating for the establishment of service charters and effective complaint management systems.
