SERVICOM Holds National Council Meeting on Service Delivery

On June 18, 2026, SERVICOM held its second quarter national council meeting at the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) in Abuja, attended by 85 nodal officers and 37 other participants. Helen Lawal, the National Coordinator of SERVICOM, welcomed attendees and commended their commitment to promoting service excellence despite funding challenges.

The meeting aimed to update on ongoing activities and future programs, with a focus on performance reporting. Lawal urged participants to pay close attention to the charter performance report template, which is critical for showcasing progress in service delivery.

Ngozi Akinbodewa presented practical demonstrations on completing the report template. Casmir Igw reported on two capacity-building programs conducted in the first half of 2026, which attracted 369 participants.

The meeting also discussed Nigeria's participation in the 2026 Open Government Week and the approval of the National Action Plan IV for 2026-2029, awaiting presidential assent.
