Dogara Urges APC Aspirants to Unite for Elections

Hon Yakubu Dogara, the former Speaker of the House of Representatives, appealed to discontented aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Bauchi State to prioritize party unity over personal ambitions. This appeal was made during a meeting he led with the APC State Reconciliation Committee at the party's secretariat in Bauchi.

Dogara emphasized the importance of reconciliation for building a stronger APC capable of winning future elections, urging members to support candidates who emerged from the party's primary process. He stated that party unity should take precedence over individual political goals, encouraging all members to collaborate to form a formidable force for the upcoming general elections in the state.

The aspirants responded positively, commending the reconciliation initiative for fostering dialogue and mutual understanding, and reaffirmed their commitment to the APC, pledging to mobilize support for the party in future electoral contests.
