Seven Abducted Edo Residents Freed After Ransom Payment

Seven individuals abducted in Imoga community, Akoko Edo Local Government, have regained freedom after a ransom payment. The victims were released on Monday after an undisclosed sum was paid.

The community is relieved, with the victims reuniting with their families. The Edo State Police are investigating the incident, which occurred on January 9 when the victims were taken from a hotel.
