Seyi Tinubu Named Christian Youth Peace Ambassador

Barr. Seyi Tinubu was conferred the title of Christian Youth Peace Ambassador by the Youth Wing of the Christian Association of Nigeria (YOWICAN) in recognition of his contributions to peace, youth development, and national unity.

The award was presented during the National Christian Youth Security Summit and Thanksgiving. Although Tinubu did not attend the event in person, Ambassador Belusochukwu Enwere received the honor on his behalf.

In a message read at the event, Tinubu expressed his acceptance of the title with humility and a renewed determination to advocate for causes benefiting Nigerian youth. He emphasized that peace extends beyond the absence of conflict, requiring justice, compassion, tolerance, mutual respect, and a collective effort for the common good.

Tinubu urged young Nigerians to actively participate in building a nation where religious, ethnic, and cultural differences are strengths rather than sources of division. He commended YOWICAN for mobilizing Christian youths towards responsible leadership and pledged ongoing support for initiatives aimed at empowering young people and fostering peaceful coexistence.
