Academy Press Shareholders Approve 15kobo Dividend Payout Amid Positive 2025 Performance

Shareholders of Academy Press Plc approved a 15 kobo dividend payout for the 2025 financial year, representing a 50% increase from the previous year. The company's 61st Annual General Meeting held in Lagos also saw the approval of bonus shares issuance.

Chairman Babatunde Dabiri highlighted the company's positive performance in 2025, with revenue reaching N4.6 billion and profit before tax rising to N1.17 billion. Despite challenges, the company sold non-earning assets to fund diversification projects.

Dabiri expressed confidence in achieving set goals and implementing strategic plans.
