Shehu Sani Visits Kaduna Custodial Centre, Supports Inmates

Senator Shehu Sani, the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag bearer for Kaduna Central Senatorial District, visited the Medium Security Custodial Centre (MSCC) in Kaduna. During his visit, he commended the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) for its dedication to inmate reformation and rehabilitation.

Sani pledged additional support for the welfare and development of inmates. He observed a football friendly match between convicted inmates and Awaiting Trial Persons (ATPs), which was organized to promote physical fitness and positive engagement among inmates.

Sani expressed his commitment to support initiatives aimed at improving conditions at the center and enhancing inmate welfare. He also praised the officers for their dedication to duty under challenging conditions, emphasizing the importance of providing opportunities for inmates to reform and prepare for life after custody.

Sani's support extends to both staff and inmates, addressing their immediate needs to enhance the delivery of correctional services.
