Six Feared Dead in Lagos Boat Crash, Rescue Operations Ongoing

At least six passengers are feared dead following a boat mishap along the Nigerdock Axis Igbologun Water Channel in Lagos State. The incident involved a Savvy Marine passenger boat en route to Ilash Beach House.

Four passengers have been confirmed dead, with rescue operations ongoing. The National Inland Waterways Authority (NIWA) and the Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) are actively involved in search and rescue efforts.
