ADC Launches Membership Drive in Sokoto State

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Sokoto State has launched a membership revalidation and registration campaign across all 23 local government areas. This initiative was inaugurated by the Sokoto State ADC Chairman, Alhaji Bello Kigal, who emphasized the significance of this exercise in strengthening the party's structure and expanding its grassroots base in preparation for the upcoming general elections.

Alhaji Akibu Dalhatu, the national financial secretary, stated that the exercise is expected to cover 244 political wards within the state. The ADC aims to conduct both electronic and manual registration processes to facilitate easier access for individuals wishing to join the party.

Dalhatu called on youth and women to embrace the ADC as an alternative platform to the current APC administration, which he criticized for causing economic hardship through poor policies.
