Enugu to Host Southeast Zonal Badminton Championship

The Southeast Zonal Badminton Championship is scheduled to take place in Enugu from November 20th to 22nd at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium. Organized by the Southeast Badminton Outreach in partnership with the Badminton Federation of Nigeria (BFN) and supported by the Enugu State Ministry of Youth and Sports Development and Power Bet9ja Foundation, the championship will showcase talents from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo states across various categories.

The event aims to discover and nurture the next generation of badminton talent in the region. Ongoing efforts include providing essential equipment, coach education, and umpire training to enhance the sport's growth in the Southeast.
