Lagos CP Accuses Omoyele Sowore of NYSC Certificate Fraud

The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Olohundare Jimoh, revealed that activist and politician Omoyele Sowore did not complete the mandatory NYSC program, alleging that he never served. Sowore, speaking on a TV channel, denied the claims, leading to a clash with the Lagos police.

Jimoh accused Sowore of inciting unrest and declared that such behavior would not be tolerated. Sowore is expected to appear before the State Criminal Investigation Department for questioning.

Sowore has not yet responded to the allegations.
