SPIN to Host Inaugural Sustainability Conference 2026

The Sustainability Professionals Institute of Nigeria (SPIN) is organizing its inaugural Sustainability Conference 2026, scheduled for this month in Lagos. This landmark event will gather business leaders, policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, development partners, academics, and sustainability professionals to discuss practical strategies for building resilient and future-ready organizations.

The conference is themed “The Adaptive Enterprise: Sustainability Strategies for Challenging Times.” Aminu Umar Sadiq, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority, is set to deliver the keynote address. Professor Kenneth Amaeshi, the President of SPIN, stated that the conference reflects the institute’s commitment to advancing sustainability beyond mere compliance, positioning it as a core element of organizational leadership.
