Stakeholder Petitions FIFA Over Alleged Interference in NFF Electoral Process

Prince Harrison Jalla, a critical stakeholder in Nigerian football, has petitioned FIFA, accusing the global governing body of undue interference in the electoral process of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). Jalla's petition, addressed to FIFA's President and General Secretary, highlighted concerns about FIFA's involvement in the upcoming NFF congress, scheduled in Oyo State.

He alleged fraudulent and undemocratic practices in the electoral process, claiming it undermines the country's judicial system. Jalla emphasized the ongoing dispute from the 2022 NFF election, which remains sub judice in Nigerian courts.
