Showunmi Rejects APC Consensus Candidate in Ogun State

Tuesdai Showunmi has publicly rejected the All Progressives Congress (APC) consensus candidate for the Ogun State governorship, labeling the decision as an imposition rather than a credible consensus. Showunmi argues that a consensus arrangement must be grounded in integrity and legitimacy; otherwise, it amounts to coercion. He expresses concern over the political landscape in Ogun State, stating that the supposed independence of its people has been compromised.
