Steven Gerrard Rejects Offer to Return as Rangers Manager

Former England midfielder Steven Gerrard has turned down the opportunity to return as the manager of Scottish side Rangers, where he previously won the Scottish Premiership in 2021. Gerrard held talks with Rangers to replace Russell Martin but ultimately decided that the timing wasn't suitable for his return.

After leaving Rangers, Gerrard took charge at Aston Villa but was sacked less than a year later before moving to Al Ettifaq in the Saudi Pro League in January. The door remains open for Gerrard to potentially return to Rangers in the future.
